Birthday @ The Opera

Birthday, day happened once a year. Well, used to celebrate it every year with bunch of friends and same old school style singing birthday song. So decided not to celebrate it this year. I think this was most probably due to when someone getting older and older, they won't want to celebrate it or letting others know their age, maybe! but this was just my opinion. Anyway the friends of mine were generous enough and still asking me out to buy me some drinks. We headed to the newly open club at Sunway Pyramid named The Opera. Club was divided to three level, dance floor at the ground, lounge at the second floor, and the live band at the third floor. Nice environment and recommended place to hang out though. This time we decided to just sit, relax with a little alcohol so lounge was our choice. Through out the night we tried 5 types of beers, Hoegaarden origin Belgium, Connor's Stout, Tetley's, Blackthorn Cider, and Stella Artois from Belgium as well. Gotta say these beers really taste different from those Tiger, Calrsberg, and so on. Later that night, One of my friend named Joseph was acting superhero and we were all well entertained by him. LOL. The story was when he's finish his beer, he's started to look for those shooter, cocktails which a glass of alcohol mix with various types of liquor. The thing that we can't stand of him was that a cocktail call "graveyard" was taste like kopi O for him and the flaming lamborghini was taste so sweet. So we all decided to give him extra shots of this shooter, flaming lamborghini. We bet that if he was able to finished 4 flaming lambo and one pint of beer, that the bill will be on our house with the condition no drunk and no puke afterwards. He accepted the challenge. Guess what please follow the video below...... LOL anyway this gonna be a superb memory for all of us. And guys thanks for spending quality time with me.

Read from the stuff magazines few years back about this wrist watch but never seem this in Malaysia. Finally some one brought it onto Malaysia. This watch was somehow different from the conventional wrist watch which make the time reading a little bit tricky. But when you get used to it, it was a WOW! Well i gotta salute Matthew Waldman who brought this brilliant design to the world of time pieces.
Here's a little about NOOKA........ Nooka is the brainchild of artist and designer, Matthew Waldman.  He conceived the idea for Nooka after staring at a large wall clock in a London hotel and wondering why there are so few options for time display.  He then sketched his ideas for potential designs on a napkin and brought them back to New York.  After working on the designs, he submitted them to his legal team, and indeed, they were unique to patent.  The linear and graphic representation of time with Nooka watches presents a more intuitive way to view time.  The visual mass increases as time passes, giving weight to an ephemeral and abstract concept.  Once you're used to the new visual paradigm, you'll kinda like it. Reading from the lowyat forum about the promotion launching of this blackberry product at Mid Valley from 3-7 March. The promotion was attracted my attention and finally decided to visit it.    Generally the blackberry device was developed by a canadian company called Research In Motion (RIM).  This smartphone able to send and receive message and email in real time. But this only applicable while subscription to Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).  Without the BIS service, it was just a ordinary phone with phone calls and text messaging only. Well i would say this definitely a amazing phone, the features, outlook and so on. The Blackberry Messenger (BBM) was their key application while this app enable everyone send and receive text message anytime, anywhere. Every Blackberry phone come with a very unique PIN and this PIN will identified each BBM user. Beside this, real time notifications from social networking applications such as FB, MSN, YM, AOL are all included. With Blackberry on hand, you are 24/7 on net.

Time Lapse photography

Saw someone did the time lapse photography couple days ago, found it kinda interesting and decided to learn and create my own time lapse photography. So overall time lapse photography for my understanding was combining a set of frames to create a short slight moving movie. Someone correct me if i was wrong. So i had bought the intervalometer to perform the interval between each frames taken. I had chose the construction in progress as my subject. But too bad the sky wasn't in blue color today or better said kinda hard to find the clear blue sky in city especially in Kuala Lumpur. I was managed to shoot a little moving clouds, workers and the cranes.
